Cartographic Products: GPS Maps, Printed and Digital Maps and Topos
Maps, atlases and topographic maps purchased from Mexico Maps are deemed to be the latest editions available. Please contact Mexico Maps if you have any questions about our cartographic products. Orders for topographic maps, GPS maps, vector data sets or orthophotos are special orders. An international order or a custom plot is initiated upon receipt of a special order therefore Mexico Maps cannot cancel a special order once it has been initiated, nor can we return custom plotted topographic maps, GPS maps or other digital products. Please double check your order before you press the "Submit Order" button. Contact Mexico Maps for sample GPS maps to test in your unit (Garmin, Magellan or Lowrance). Please note that not all topographic maps are available in digital (DRG) format. There are around 2400 sheets total but only around 1800 of them are available in DRG format. We apologize in advance for this situation but it is beyond our control.

Mexico Maps uses Media Mail, USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class Mail (smaller single maps usually), UPS or FedEx to deliver our products. Our delivery charges start at $4.95 per order. Delivery charges for travel maps and atlases to addresses other than those in the US will be a minimum of $11.40. Most domestic orders arrive within two to four days.
Orders shipped to addresses outside of the US will take longer due to varying US Customs policies. Expedited shipping is available if you select it during checkout. Please include any special delivery requirements you have in the notes field of your order at the final checkout screen. Mexico Maps will contact you by email to confirm our ability to meet your requirements before processing you order.
Wall maps and topographic maps are shipped (rolled) in tubes. The delivery charge for topographic maps is $4.95 per order. Delivery charges for wall maps and topographic maps to addresses other than those in the continental US will be $13.75-$22.00, and in some cases it can be more.
Returns
Please contact Mexico Maps for return authorization before you return any product. Orders returned without return authorization may not be accepted. You are responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all returns. All charges are promptly refunded once products are returned in like new and unopened condition.
In the event that an item is returned there will be a restocking fee of 30%. This applies to all products.
Mexico Maps will pay any shipping charges on items that need to be returned due to errors on our part.
Backorders
Please contact us if your order is not complete. We can back order maps or substitute maps as needed. Items are not automatically back ordered.
Payment Policies
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards for online payment of your order. For payment by check contact Mexico Maps using our "Contact Us" link and we will supply you with a pro-forma invoice that will include shipping charges and any applicable sales tax.
